Bryan Kiefer has been practicing real estate law in Florida since 1992, representing a variety of lending institutions and individual clients in all areas of real estate law, mortgage financing, and Florida real estate license law. Bryan is a member of the Florida Bar Real Property division and admitted to practice in both state and federal courts.. Bryan obtained his Juris Doctor law degree from St. John's University, New York, NY (with honors, 1992) and his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida, Gainesville, FL (with honors, 1980).
In addition to practicing law, Bryan is a frequent guest lectuer for various real estate professional organizations, speaking on topics such as legal negotiations, mortgage foreclosures, short sales, real estate brokerage operations, procuring cause issue involving real estate commissions, and contracts. Bryan has authored two books on Florida real estate law and real estate brokerage operations, both of which have been certified by the Florida Real Estate Commission. Licensed as a Florida Attorney, Florida Real Estate Broker, and a Florida Real Estate Instructor, Bryan is a uniquely qualified real estate attorney.
